Daily probiotic supplement I take consistently as part of my gut health routine
One of the probiotics I actually take consistently — simple, easy to tolerate, and part of my daily routine.

I started Things I Love Daily to keep track of the products I actually use and repurchase.

This is one I take regularly and genuinely recommend.

What it is

This is a once-daily prebiotic and probiotic supplement with 50 billion CFU, designed to support digestion, gut health, and overall balance. It’s shelf-stable and does not require refrigeration.

Why I picked this daily probiotic

I did research before choosing this probiotic and was looking for a few specific things:

  • A high CFU count (this has 50 billion)

  • Clearly listed probiotic strains

  • No soy or gluten

  • Shelf-stable packaging (no fridge required)

  • A brand I mostly trust and feel comfortable taking daily

Garden of Life checked those boxes for me. The packaging blocks light but isn’t a heavy glass bottle, which makes it easier to store and travel with.

What stood out about this daily probiotic

Ingredients & formulation

The label clearly lists individual probiotic strains, rather than hiding them behind a proprietary blend. It also includes prebiotic fiber in addition to probiotics.

Some of the strains included are commonly associated with digestive and immune support, such as:

  • Bifidobacterium breve

  • Bifidobacterium lactis

  • Lactobacillus acidophilus

  • Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus

  • Ligilactobacillus salivarius

I appreciate being able to see exactly what’s included.

Packaging & storage

  • Shelf stable

  • No refrigeration required

  • Light-blocking bottle

What it’s like to take this daily probiotic

The capsules are unflavored and not hard to swallow. I take one daily alongside my other medications.I have this set up as a 30-day subscription, so it shows up automatically and doesn’t require extra planning or remembering to reorder.

Why a daily probiotic matters to me

I’ve struggled in the past with IBS symptoms and lactose intolerance or sensitivity. Taking a daily probiotic feels like an extra layer of support for my gut so I can focus less on what I should or shouldn’t eat and more on living and enjoying.I’m especially grateful to have that support during the holiday season—and anytime I’m wearing a bathing suit.

Bottom line

This is a simple, no-frills probiotic that fits easily into my daily routine. I don’t expect miracles, but as a consistent boost for digestion, it earns its place for me.
